Children and Youth

Let's be honest, this is one of the areas we would really like to grow in.  But it is not a place that we are waiting to grow in before actively engaging who we have. We have workers at every age level who are committed to seeing our young people grow in Christ and in their understanding of themselves.

We are committed to the safety and security of our children and require every person who works with them to go through a background check.

We strive to integrate what we do in the Children's Ministry with every other part of our ministry at PCBC. We believe the primary disciplers of children are their parents but that the church as a whole bears a responsibility to see them introduced to and trained to walk in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our pastor will know your child and take time to speak to them as he interacts with adults, our senior adults will consistently pray for your child, and everyone gets excited when one comes to the Lord.  We also believe children are a part of the body of Christ in very real ways, so you will see them on Sunday morning taking the offering, leading us as a choir, and participating in other ways in the service.

In those areas where we can't do it alone just yet, we participate with fellow churches in the area (such as summer camp) to provide enriching opportunities for our children and their families.

Come be a part of what we're doing and where we are going! See our schedule below.
